MP 3 player HELP!!!

Im old school and i finally bought an MP3 player.

I downloaded a ton of music from SOULSEEK and LIMEWIRE.

I was able to listen to the music on my comnputer with WINDOWS MEDIA.


How do i transfer it to the MP3 player.
